Jughraj Baidwain

Jughraj is a multilingual lawyer fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, enabling him to effectively assist clients from diverse backgrounds with clear communication, practical legal guidance, and personalized service. Recognizing the diversity of British Columbia, he is proud to provide legal services in all three languages, helping ensure that language is not a barrier to accessing quality legal representation.

He earned his Bachelor of Laws (B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)) from the University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh, and later completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at McGill University in Montreal. His legal education provides a strong foundation in legal analysis, advocacy, and problem-solving.

Before relocating to Canada, Jughraj gained practical experience in civil and criminal law through internships with respected law firms and government institutions in India before practising law there. After moving to British Columbia, he completed his articling and was called to the Bar of British Columbia.

Jughraj is licensed to practise law in both British Columbia and India. He is committed to providing practical, client-focused legal representation and believes that every client deserves clear legal advice, honest communication, and dedicated advocacy.
